Crazy Horse Concrete adds to that value and performance:  We pride ourselves on planning ahead with every customer in order to coordinate the delivery of Ready Mix at the time when the customer is prepared to place it.  This efficiency saves the customer the cost of extra labor and gives the customer a workable product.

Ready Mix has a limited time period where it changes from a flowable state to a solid state.  The sooner the customer can place the Ready Mix, the less work it takes to complete the install/finish.

When the set period and flowability of the Ready Mix needs to vary for whatever reason, Crazy Horse Concrete can provide guidance to the customer with additives that achieve these goals.

INCREASING BUSINESS BY IMPROVING PRODUCT AND SERVICE

It’s a new year and Crazy Horse Concrete is taking some positive steps.  On a daily basis, John and I will alternate being on site to get first hand feedback about our product and our service to improve your overall experience.

Service is always a big part of our business.  We believe if we get out there with you, that together we can do our best to make sure the product is correct and the scheduling is prompt.  When working with many customers in all different locations, conflicts happen, but the sooner we know about them the better we can prepare to avoid them happening again.  When I worked in the field, there were occasional problems that would arise with some mixes, a misunderstanding with a driver, etc and often it is difficult to describe the predicament over the phone, therefore, addressing it on site is much better for us and the customer.

We have been involved in numerous blueprints for the 2012 construction season.  With that in mind, our projections for 2012 show improvement over 2011 in residential, commercial and industrial.
